自我介紹：

Kristina Zvaritch is an AIDA and Molchanovs W2 freediving instructor in the water and a Staff Writer for DeeperBlue.com on land, focusing mainly on freediving-related how-to articles, guides, tips, and technique articles. Currently, Kristina has over 70 articles published on the subject of freediving. She occasionally gets in front of the camera as an underwater model and teaches people how to pose for their own underwater photos.

She has taught freediving in the Philippines and Indonesia, and is currently based in Xiao Liuqiu, Taiwan. Her passion is helping students to comfortably overcome their fears and issues, and loves watching them grow individually as freedivers. She believes in a calm and relaxing, yet comprehensive approach to teaching freediving. She strives to make sure her students have fun during their course, while maintaining a higher emphasis on safety rather than numbers.

Kris 是 AIDA 和Molchanovs W2自由潛水教練、 DeeperBlue的特約作家，也是Molchanovs的文案撰稿人；並有4年的自由潛水教學經驗。

Kris 在23 歲時離開美國，獨自旅行至東南亞、北美、歐洲和中東部分地區。當她在埃及的達哈布(Dahab)擔任 PADI 潛水長時，於著名的潛點-藍洞進行了自由潛水，即刻迷上了這項運動。而在旅居菲律賓時，她取得了 AIDA 自由潛水教練的認證，並陸續在菲律賓、印尼和台灣從事自由潛水教學。

她在 DeeperBlue 上發表了 100 多篇自由潛水文章，並且作為Molchanovs Wave 4 – 競賽自由潛水課程教學課本的聯合作者之一，Kris 將她生命中的每一部分都獻給了自由潛水。她喜歡看到她的學生在完成潛水後臉上洋溢著喜悅，並因為看到學員在水中變得更加放鬆而感到開心。

當 Kris 不教學或寫作時，她會持續進修自己的中文會話，相信能在台灣幫助更多的自潛學員。
