自我介紹：

Hi, I’m Ray and I have spent most of my career working in finance. Last year I made the pivot to become a freedive instructor and I’m loving it, helping to make me healthier and happier. Though I am probably older than most instructors, what I lack in youthful energy is extreme patience that only comes with age. I love teaching freediving as I have a chance to change someone’s life for the better using freediving to relax, exercise, lose weight and connect with the ocean. My philosophy in teaching is to make the courses fun and highlight the relaxing aspects of freediving.

大家好，我是RAY，在金融界從業了二十幾年了，我很開心2019年我決定成為一位自由潛水的教練。非常喜歡這個工作因為透過自潛我成為一個更健康、更愉快的人，我可能比大部分的教練年長，但是持久的耐心就是從年紀而生。我熱愛教學，透過自潛教育個人如何放鬆、運動、減重以及與海洋連繫。我的教學理念是讓學員透過課程得到樂趣，加強放鬆身體的部分。
