關於環太平洋自由潛水泳池賽/About Pacific Rim Cup

環太平洋自由潛水泳池賽(PRC : Pacific Rim Cup)是女子的海所舉辦的自由潛水賽事，2019年第一屆於台北舉行，除期望在台灣辦出國際化賽事、促進國內外選手交流，我們也希望藉由比賽提升國內自由潛水運動風氣。在2020-2021年因為COVID-19疫情，取消PRC 2020大型比賽，重新調整改辦多場小型mini PRC系列賽，並協同「台灣自由潛水發展協會」聯合主辦，希望藉由小型單日比賽，鼓勵大家參與。2021年秋天PRC重新舉辦，賽程增加為三日PRC 2023 參賽人數達220人，創下世界最多人參賽的自由潛水紀錄，目前已是亞太地區最盛大的自由潛水泳池賽。PRC 2024開始以團體賽為主，首創台灣第一個以團體賽為主的賽事。

The Pacific Rim Cup (PRC) is a freediving pool competition organized by Ms. Ocean, first held in Taipei in 2019. The event was created not only to host an international-level competition in Taiwan and foster exchange between local and international freedivers, but also to promote the growth of the freediving community within Taiwan.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the large-scale PRC 2020 event was canceled. In its place, a series of smaller mini PRC competitions were held in collaboration with the Taiwan Freediving Development Association, aiming to encourage wider participation through single-day events.

PRC returned in autumn 2021 with a three-day format, and by PRC 2023, the event drew 220 participants, setting a world record for the highest number of competitors in a freediving competition. Today, PRC is the largest freediving pool event in the Asia-Pacific region.

Starting in PRC 2024, the competition introduced a team-based format, becoming the first freediving event in Taiwan to focus on team competition.

以國際AIDA賽程規範，進行四個自由潛水泳池項目的競賽 (STA,DNF, DYN, DYNB)，比賽成績將登錄至國際AIDA官方網站。

PRC 2025 includes STA, DNF, DYN and DYNB disciplines, will be under AIDA Rules & Regulations and the results will be registered into AIDA ranking system.

• STA – Static Apnea：靜態閉氣，紀錄總閉氣時間。
• DNF – Dynamic Apnea Without Fins：動態平潛無蛙鞋，紀錄總潛水距離。
• DYN– Dynamic Apnea With Fins：有蹼動態平潛，紀錄總潛水距離。
• DYNB – Dynamic Apnea With Bi-fins：雙蹼動態平潛，紀錄總潛水距離，禁止使用豚踢。

本屆 PRC 採團體賽形式報名，一個團隊需由 3至9人組成。團隊可由 3 位選手完成所有項目，也可每個項目派不同選手參賽。

PRC 2025 will be held as a team-based competition.Each team must consist of at least 3 and up to 9 members.You can assign the same athletes to multiple events, or have different athletes for each discipline.

團體賽出賽人次規範

靜態閉氣 STA：3 人（3 OTs）

動態平潛無蹼 DNF：3 人（3 OTs）

動態平潛有蹼 DYN：1 人（1 OT）

動態平潛雙蹼 DYNB：2 人（2 OTs）

※ 總共 9 個 OT、9 位出賽人次/A total of 9 OTs per team。

注意：每支團隊最多提供 5 份團體賽獎品／參加禮品。

團隊成績計算方式

團體賽總成績依 AIDA 規則，各項目分數加總計算，無加權。唯女性選手成績將加權 1.2 倍計算。

參賽限制

同一選手，不得重複加入不同團隊，也不得同一個項目出賽兩次以上。

若經查證有違規者，該選手成績將不予承認

An athlete may not join multiple teams, nor participate in the same event more than once.

If an athlete is found participating in multiple teams, their results will be disqualified.

此次報名採團體報名，報名時領隊／隊長代表填寫即可。報名時無須遞交選手名單，選手最終出賽名單與AP 於2025/10/12（日）以前遞交，團體組分類依選手名單決定，名單一經遞交即不接受任何緣由之更換、遞補。選手必須為滿18歲之自然人。

公開團體A組：

該隊伍出賽的選手中，有一個以上的選手在該出賽項目的成績為「AIDA台灣該項目前10名以內」_(※)，或者是「台灣CMAS國家紀錄」。

公開團體B組：

該隊伍出賽的所有項目中，均沒有選手在該出賽項目的成績為「AIDA台灣該項目前10名以內」且不是「台灣CMAS國家紀錄」。

※ 台灣AIDA 成績前10名單，以2025/10/12當日AIDA官網資訊為準，男、女成績排名分開看。CMAS國家紀錄日期亦相同。

菜鳥團體組：

所有出賽選手均是在2024.07.01之後考取自由潛水證，或至今尚未完成初階課程_(※)，同時未曾參賽過任何自潛賽事之新手自潛員。

※ AIDA 1、PADI Basic、SSI Basic等偏體驗的自潛證，不列入為初階課程，不影響菜鳥組資格。

B. 進場觀賽/Watch the competition

入場觀賽門票為 100元／天，同時可以體驗各種產品，入場需泳池安全規定。若沒有要看比賽，僅想逛攤位，可於當日賽事結束後免費進場。

1. 只要年滿18歲，或年滿16歲並附上家長同意簽名即可參加比賽。
2. 若比賽成績要登錄國際AIDA官方網站，台灣籍選手須為AIDA Taiwan會員，且選手狀態為Active（註）。
3. 報名參賽後，最終確認出賽選手與AP於2025年10月12日(日) 23:59 前繳交即可，中間更換選手無須通知主辦單位。
4. 一個團隊最多攜帶3名教練或潛伴入場，請於報到時領證，憑證進出賽場。
5. 選手必須提供一年內之健康聲明書，請務必事先填寫，有醫生開立證明的部分，請確實請醫生簽名。若報到時未能繳交，將取消比賽資格，無法遞補，報名費也無法退還。AIDA官方醫療健康證書下載。
6. 若要取消報名，
比賽前60日提出申請，退90%報名費；
前45-59日提出申請，退還70%報名費；
前30-44日提出申請，退還50%報名費；
前15-29日提出申請，退還30%報名費；
若於比賽前14日內提出，則不予退費。

8. 依據AIDA規則，選手若對比賽判決不服，想提出抗告重判，必須繳交抗告費。抗告費為新台幣1800元，若抗告成功費用予以退還，若失敗時則費用沒收。

註：AIDA TAIWAN 選手會籍認證請選手本人，自行聯繫AIDA TAIWAN申請。

1. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years of age with a parental consent signature to participate in the competition.
2. If the results of the competition are to be registered on the official website of the International AIDA, the athlete must be an AIDA member.
3. Each team can bring 3 coaches to enter the venue. Please go to the counter to change the card and enter the pool venue.
4. Health Declaration Form must be filled out in advance, and the section requiring a doctor’s certificate must be accurately completed. Failure to submit the form upon registration will result in disqualification from the competition, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
6. If you wish to cancel your team registration, you can apply for a refund by sending an EMAIL to msocean.service@gmail.com. The refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation made 60 days before the competition: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 45-59 days before the competition: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 30-44 days before the competition: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 15-29 days before the competition: 30% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made within 14 days of the competition: No refund will be given.

7. For foreign athletes, the Registration fee will be paid by credit card only.
8. According to the rules of the AIDA Freediving Competition, if the athlete is dissatisfied with the game and wants to refute, he must pay the reverse admission fee. The anti-admission fee is NT$1,800. If the successful fee is refunded, the fee will be forfeited if the fee fails.

▲比賽報到注意事項/Notes on briefing day

1. 請攜帶有照片的身分證件/護照前來報到，以便查核選手身份。
2. 請於比賽首次報到時，繳交一年內之選手健康聲明書。

2.Please provide a health declaration form dated within the past year at your first check-in for the competition.

＊本次賽事，完整賽程資訊於活動前一周，傳送至團隊報名填寫之Email，大會訊息通知以郵件為準，故Email 請務必確實填寫。

我可以先報名再找隊員嗎？
可以，團隊出賽名單於10/12以前繳交即可，報名時無須有確認的隊員，報名者本身也不一定需要參賽。
我是個人參賽，該怎麼報名？
此次PRC比賽只接受團隊報名，您可以尋找志同道合朋友一起組隊，或者自行先報名，再尋找其他隊員。
每項目的出賽規定是？
每個隊伍自由推派選手，可以每個項目均派不同選手參賽，也可以由三位選手出賽完9個OT。惟同一個選手在同一個項目不能重複出賽。
該怎麼選擇報名公開團體A組、B組或菜鳥團體組？
最終確認的組別，由10/12提交出賽選手名單後分組。
新人個人獎項與菜鳥個人獎項認定資格為何，需要另外報名嗎？
個人獎項的新人組與菜鳥組資格，由簡章前述的資格為認定。計算成績時，主辦會由符合新人獎／菜鳥獎的選手中，頒發獎項。
如果我隊伍有一個人是DYNB 台灣AIDA成績前10名，但他沒有比DYNB，這樣會因為隊伍有他而被歸類到A組嗎？
雖然他是DYNB台灣前10名，但他如果沒有出賽該項目就不算，隊伍一樣可以算公開團體B組。
國外選手也是看台灣AIDA排名嗎？
不管是哪一國籍的選手，會不會被歸類到A組，都是看他出賽的該項目成績有沒有在”AIDA 台灣前10名”的成績為主。
10/12提交選手名單後還可以改選手或項目嗎？如果我的隊伍最後選手不到3位怎麼辦？
提交選手名單後，即無法更改資料、遞補選手。如果報名團隊最後湊不足三位，選手仍可以出賽，競爭個人獎項與成績登錄到AIDA官網，惟失去團體獎項資格。
選手若無法在第一天(10/25)早上報到註冊，可以其他時間報到嗎？
若無法於第一天早上報到註冊，請於至少於首次出賽1.5小時前，攜帶有照片之證件與健康聲明書報到註冊。初次報到完畢後，選手也需於每個項目出賽OT的前一小時，到大會桌作賽前檢錄報到。未報到者視同棄賽，報名費不予退還。
團體賽有人數上限嗎？
團體賽隊伍最少須3人，至多9人。
不是AIDA學生也可以報名嗎？
參加AIDA比賽並無系統限制，但選手需要提前於AIDA官網註冊並向AIDA Taiwan申請會員認證，才能將成績登錄到AIDA官網上。
我沒有Coach怎麼辦？
若無Coach也可參賽，STA時大會會指派Safety協助，但提醒時間會依比賽規則進行，無法由選手指定方式。
可以不戴泳帽嗎？
泳池規定均須戴泳帽，或者防寒衣之頭套，但若為光頭無髮則可以不戴。
我怎麼知道報名成功了？
填寫完報名表並繳交報名費完成後，約三個工作天我們會寄通知email給您。
