關於環太平洋自由潛水泳池賽/About Pacific Rim Cup

環太平洋自由潛水泳池賽(PRC : Pacific Rim Cup)是女子的海所舉辦的自由潛水賽事，2019年第一屆於台北舉行，由女子的海與海人選品共同主辦，除了期望在台灣辦出國際化賽事、促進國內外選手交流，我們也希望藉由比賽提升國內自由潛水運動風氣。在2020-2021年因為COVID-19疫情，取消PRC 2020大型比賽，重新調整改辦多場小型mini PRC系列賽，並協同「台灣自由潛水發展協會」聯合主辦，希望藉由小型單日比賽，鼓勵大家參與。2021年秋天PRC重新舉辦，賽程增加為三日，在PRC 2022時，參賽人數已達160人以上，目前已是亞太地區最盛大的自由潛水泳池賽。

PRC is the Freediving Pool Competition organized by Ms.Ocean started since 2019, Taipei. In addition to host an international competition in Taiwan to encourage the exchange between domestic and international athletes, Ms.Ocean is dedicated to promote the freediving exercise in Taiwan. Beside the annual PRC, we organize the mini PRC series to encourage Taiwanese to join and enjoy the one-day freediving competition.

Pacific Rim Cup (PRC) is a freediving pool competition organized by Ms. Ocean. first event took place in Taipei in 2019 and was co-hosted by Ms. Ocean and Oceanman. The main objectives of the competition are to establish an international event in Taiwan, facilitate exchange between domestic and international athletes, and promote the sport of freediving within the country.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, the PRC 2020 major competition was canceled. However, adjustments were made, and multiple smaller events called “mini PRC” were organized in collaboration with the “Taiwan Freediving Development Association” to encourage participation.

In the autumn of 2021, the PRC returned with an extended duration of three days. By the time of PRC 2022, the number of participants had exceeded 160, making it the grandest freediving pool competition in the Asia-Pacific region.

比賽進行四個自由潛水泳池項目的競賽 (STA,DNF, DYN, DYNB)，賽程符合國際AIDA規範，比賽成績也將登錄國際AIDA官方網站。

PRC 2023 includes STA, DNF, DYN and DYNB disciplines, will be under AIDA Rules & Regulations and the results will be registered into AIDA ranking system.

• STA – Static Apnea：靜態閉氣，紀錄總閉氣時間。
• DNF – Dynamic Apnea Without Fins：動態平潛無蛙鞋，紀錄總潛水距離。
• DYN– Dynamic Apnea With Fins：有蹼動態平潛，紀錄總潛水距離。
• DYNB – Dynamic Apnea With Bi-fins：雙蹼動態平潛，紀錄總潛水距離，禁止使用豚踢。

公開組：

比賽項目為STA、DNF與DYN/DYNB（二擇一）共三個項目。

菜鳥組：

比賽項目為DNF/DYN/DYNB三個平潛項目擇一，出賽一個項目。

團體賽：

參加公開組之選手三人以上可以組隊，於填寫AP表時註明隊伍。團體賽成績會取該隊伍各項目前三高(※)之成績來加總，於閉幕頒獎時頒發團隊前三名。

※ 計算團體賽成績時，女性成績會作加權計算

註1：公開組DYN 動態平潛 & DYNB 雙蹼動態平潛，這2個比賽項目為擇一參賽，選DYNB會*1.13作加權。
註2：公開組新人獎資格為：2021.11.11之後考取自由潛水證，且首次參加PRC公開組比賽。
註3：菜鳥組積分計算，平潛項目若選擇DNF或DYNB，DNF會*1.25而DYNB會*1.13作加權。
註4：今年若已得過，則失去資格，另若有兩個以上破記錄，則以女性為優先，再來是破記錄幅度大者優先。

公開組：

任何滿18歲之自然人皆可報名_（註）。

新人組：

報名公開組之選手，若為2021.11.11以後獲得自由潛證照，且第一次報名PRC公開組（菜鳥組不算）者擁有新人資格，將有獨立新人獎項。

菜鳥組：

在2022.07.01之後考取自由潛水證（或尚未完成課程），同時未曾參賽過任何自潛賽事之新手自潛員可報名此組別。

▲報名注意事項/Registration notice

1. 只要年滿18歲，或年滿16歲並附上家長同意簽名即可參加比賽。
2. 若比賽成績要登錄國際AIDA官方網站，台灣籍選手須為AIDA Taiwan會員（註）。
3. 報名參賽後，參賽費與比賽項目填寫會於晚些請選手填寫。
4. 1名選手可免費帶1名教練或潛伴入場，請於報到時領證，憑證進出賽場。
5. 健康聲明書請務必事先填寫，有醫生開立證明的部分，請確實請醫生簽名。若報到時未能繳交，將取消比賽資格，報名費恕無法退還。
6. 比賽宣告成績 (AP)的需求、比賽項目等更改，最晚請於2023年10月29日(日) 23:59 前，以Mail通知主辦單位 (Mail: msocean.service@gmail.com)
7. 若要取消報名，於比賽前60日提出申請，退90%報名費；
前45-59日提出申請，退還70%報名費；
前30-44日提出申請，退還50%報名費；
前15-29日提出申請，退還30%報名費；
若於比賽前14日內提出，則不予退費。

9. 依據AIDA規則，選手若對比賽判決不服，想提出抗告重判，必須繳交抗告費。抗告費為新台幣1800元，若抗告成功費用予以退還，若失敗時則費用沒收。

註：2022年開始，AIDA會員認證改由主辦單位統一送件給AIDA TAIWAN處哩，選手無需自行申請。

1. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years of age with a parental consent signature to participate in the competition.
2. If the results of the competition are to be registered on the official website of the International AIDA, the athlete must be an AIDA member.
3. Each athlete can bring a coach to enter the venue. Please go to the counter to change the card and enter the pool venue.
4. Health Declaration Form must be filled out in advance, and the section requiring a doctor’s certificate must be accurately completed. Failure to submit the form upon registration will result in disqualification from the competition, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
5. If there is a need to change the performance of the competition (AP),DNF/DYNB/DYN, please inform the organizer by Mail before Oct. 29, 2023 (Mail: msocean.service@gmail.com)
6. If you wish to cancel your registration, you can apply for a refund by sending an EMAIL to msocean.service@gmail.com. The refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation made 60 days before the competition: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 45-59 days before the competition: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 30-44 days before the competition: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made 15-29 days before the competition: 30% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation made within 14 days of the competition: No refund will be given.

7. For foreign athletes, the Registration fee will be paid by credit card only.
8. According to the rules of the AIDA Freediving Competition, if the athlete is dissatisfied with the game and wants to refute, he must pay the reverse admission fee. The anti-admission fee is NT$1,700. If the successful fee is refunded, the fee will be forfeited if the fee fails.

▲比賽報到注意事項/Notes on briefing day

1. 請攜帶身分證件/護照前來報到，以便查核選手身份。
2. 請於比賽首次報到時，繳交選手健康聲明書。

▲常見問題/Q&A

我無法在第一天(11/10)早上報到註冊，可以其他時間報到嗎？
若無法於第一天早上報到註冊，請於第二天早上或第三天早上報到時間攜帶證件與健康聲明書報到註冊。初次報到完畢後，選手也需於每個項目出賽OT的前一小時，到大會桌報到檢錄。未報到者視同棄賽，報名費不予退還。
我沒有要比STA，或只比其中一兩個項目，可以報名嗎？
一樣可以報名公開組，但報名費是一樣的。
我可以同時報名菜鳥組與公開組嗎？
不行，請你擇一報名。
新人獎認定資格為何，需要另外報名嗎？
新人組歸類在公開組之內，直接報名公開組即可，無須另外報名。新人認定資格為2021.11.11以後獲得自由潛證照，且第一次報名PRC公開組（菜鳥組不算）。
團體賽有人數上限嗎？
團體賽隊伍最少須三人，沒有人數上限限制，但獎品不會無限準備。
不是AIDA學生也可以報名嗎？
參加AIDA比賽並無系統限制，但需要提前於AIDA官網註冊並向AIDA Taiwan申請會員認證，才能將成績登錄到AIDA官網上。
我沒有Coach怎麼辦？
若無Coach也可參賽，STA時大會會指派Safety協助，但提醒時間會依比賽規則進行，無法由選手指定方式。
菜鳥組可加入團體賽嗎？
無法，若想參與團體賽請改報公開組。
可以不戴泳帽嗎？
泳池規定均須戴泳帽，或者防寒衣之頭套，但若為光頭無髮則可以不戴。
我怎麼知道報名成功了？
填寫完報名表並繳交報名費完成後，三日內我們會寄通知email給您。
我已經報名菜鳥組，但在PRC之前不小心參加了一場自由潛水比賽，這樣還符合菜鳥組資格嗎？
如果在報名菜鳥組當下是符合菜鳥組資格，但在PRC前參加了其他比賽，導致不符合無比賽經驗這項菜鳥組條件，依舊可以出賽，成績仍會登錄AIDA官網。唯失去菜鳥組獎項資格。
